Do You Ship Outside The United States?

Yes, we ship worldwide with FREE standard shipping. Your order will be shipped to you quickly.  Depending upon your location, and the location of our factories, which are on four separate continents, the shipping times may vary. Either way, you will be supplied with a shipping tracking number.

Will I Have To Pay Import Tax?

We are required by law to attach a customs form to all packages going outside of the US. You may be charged an import or brokerage fees by your government in order to receive your package. Please check with your local Post Office if you have questions about the import laws of your country before you place your order. If you refuse a package due to import tax, or for any other reason, and it is returned to us, we will refund your total order amount, less any expedited shipping charges. You will have to pay for any items shipped back to us.

Are Your Prices In US Dollars?

How Do You Ship?

Standard shipping is FREE worldwide. There are additional charges for requested expedited shipping. Any additional shipping charges would depend upon the country we are shipping your item(s) to.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Shipping times depend upon your location and the country in which your item is manufactured. Since most of our quality leather goods are handmade to order, manufacturing and shipping times may take between one and three weeks. When you place your order with Bag You, your order is entered into our database and placed in the queue with others to be processed. We will process your order within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, and your item will then go out in our next shipment. Note, during the holidays or other important dates, these times of increased order volume and unforeseen circumstances, may cause additional processing delays. We will work hard to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.

How Much Is Shipping?

As you may remember, standard shipping is FREE to any place in the world. But if you prefer expedited shipping, there would be an additional charge for that service.

What If My Package Hasn’t Arrived?

 A number of things may delay placed orders, especially if your packages are traveling internationally. But whatever your location, we respectfully ask that you wait one to three weeks from the date we sent your package for it to arrive. As you may remember, we have leather craftsman on 4 separate continents, your leather goods are handmade just for you, and therefore manufacturing and travel times may vary. If your package has not arrived, please check with your local post office to see if they are holding your package for any reason.

Why Was I Charged For An Item That Is On Back Order Or Out Of Stock?

Sometimes our quality leather products are in limited quantity, especially if they are sale items. If an order has been placed, and we are unable to fill it, we will refund your original payment method, and charge your card when the items are back in stock and ready to ship. Bag You strives to keep the status of our items as up-to-date as possible, but sometimes items go on back order, or are limited or are sold out before we can put a notice on the products page. How Does Your Wish List Work?

When you’re looking at an item and it’s something you’d like to buy, but not quite yet, you can simply click on the “Add to Wish List” button at the bottom of the item description page instead of clicking on “Add to Cart”. The website will automatically build you a wish list of items you would like to have someday. Your wish list will be there every time you log into your account. When you’re ready to purchase an item saved to your Wish List, simply click on the “Move to Cart” button on the wish list view screen and the item will be moved to your shopping cart. You can then check it out.
