1. Do you ship outside the US?

Yes - We ship almost anywhere in the world that the post office or UPS will go. Just add the items you're interested in purchasing into your shopping cart, click checkout and the website will automatically calculate your shipping cost -whether you're here in the US or anywhere else in the world! But we WILL NOT ship to Indonesia and some parts of Africa due to high credit card fraud. We do keep an eye on suspicious transactions.

2. Will I have to pay import tax?

We are required by law to attach a customs form to all packages going outside the USA. You may be charged an import or brokerage fee by your government in order to receive your package. Please check with you local post office if you have questions about the import laws of your country before you place an order. If you refuse a package due to import tax and it is returned to us we will refund your total order amount except for the shipping amount. We will have to pay to have the item(s) shipped back to us.

3. Are your prices in US dollars?

4. How do you ship?

In the 48 US states we offer shipping via UPS ground, 3-day select, 2-day or overnight. We ship "Free UPS ground" for orders over $58 that weigh under 15 lbs. Orders over 10 lbs. are charged for shipping. Alaska and Hawaii, we ship via USPS Express or Priority and UPS option. We ship internationally via USPS using Global Express (usually takes 3-5 business days) or Priority Airmail (usually takes 4-10 days). Also, you can choose UPS during checkout. APO/AE can choose USPS Priority or Express.

5. How long will it take my order to arrive?

When you place your order with BagYou.com your order is entered into our database and placed in the queue to be processed. We will process your order within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday) and your item will then go out in our next shipment. NOTE: During the Holidays, increased volume may cause an additional processing delay. We will work hard to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.

6. How much is shipping?

If you would like to get a shipping quote before you place an order all you have to do is - 1. Add the product(s) to your cart 2. Press the checkout button This will generate a shipping quote but will not place an order. If you would like to place the order simply continue the checkout process. If you decide not place an order simply press the "Back" button on your browser. Orders over $75 that weigh less than 10 lbs. within the 48 US States will be offered "Free UPS Ground" shipping.

7. What if my package hasn't arrived?

It has been our experience that any number of things could delay your package, especially if your package is traveling internationally. If you are outside the US we ask that you wait 3 weeks from the date we send your package for it to arrive. If you have waited this period and your package has not arrived - please check with your local post office to see if they are holding your package for any reason. If your post office does not have your package then contact us at sales@BagYou.com and let us know. US customers - Please track your package with www.UPS.com. 8. Do you have a catalog?

Yes we do have a catalog which you can print out yourself directly from our website. Simply click on "Printable Catalog" from the green menu at the top of this page. This catalog is generated from the website's most recent information each time you click on "Printable Catalog" so you will have the all the newest products and up to date inventory information. Because this feature is so current and constantly being changed and updated - we will not have catalogs printed out to send in the mail.

9. What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from BagYou.com for any reason, as long as the item remains in the same condition in which you received it (only unused products with all packaging and Hang tags attached) , within 30 days. 48 US States: you can call us to receive a return label. We can either email the label or mail it to you. Please the place the label on the package and take to your nearest UPS store. www.UPS.com for convenient locations. If you use our shipping label, we will deduct the cost from your original purchase price. 12. Help, I need to change my address and the package has already shipped!

If you need to change your address for any reason within the 48 US states, UPS will charge a $10 redirect fee. This fee will be charged to your original purchase card. If your package is international, Hawaii, or Alaska - unfortunately you will have to intercept this at your local post office. USPS does not provide this service while an item is in transit.

13. Why was I charged for an item on backorder?

If we were unable to mark an item(s) on backorder before you place your order we will refund your card immediately, and charge your card when the item(s) are back in stock and ready to ship.

14. My item is on backorder but it did not say

BagYou.com strives to keep the status of our items as up to date as possible but sometimes items go on backorder before we can put a notice on that product's page. You can cancel your order or item at any time (before it is delivered) by e-mailing us at sales@BagYou.com.

16. Why are random items appearing in my cart? Why can't I remove items from my cart?

Occasionally we've had customers report they are having difficulty removing items from their shopping cart - this happens due to a computer error. First of all try this link to empty your cart. If it doesn't help, you should do the following:

1.   Log out.

2.   Clean all the cookies in the browser.

18. How does the Wish List work?

When you're looking at an item and it's something you'd like to buy, but not quite yet, you can simply click on the "Add to the Wish List" button at the bottom of the item description page instead of clicking on "Add to Cart". The website will automatically build your Wish List of items you'd like to have some day. Your Wish List will be there every time you log into your account. Once you have items in your Wish List - you can e-mail it to anyone you want, to as many people you want, as often as you want! Or you can print it out and mail it to someone who is wondering what to get you for your birthday or for Christmas! When you're ready to purchase an item saved in your Wish List - simply click on the "Move to Cart" button on the Wish List view screen and the item will be moved to your shopping cart and you can then checkout.
